SUMMARY:

The Account Manager will be responsible for sales within a top client local to the Charlotte market. This person will maintain and grow business as well as work with senior leaders to best support client MSAs. This person will also be looked to meet personal metrics and help mentor and train other team members to do the same.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for sales of contingent IT staffing services to Charlotte Local’s top client (~appx $7.5M annual revenue)
  • Sell and engage at the C-level and senior executive level and under the guidelines outlined in the client MSA
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing existing revenue and HC within the account and exceeding annual growth targets YOY within the account.
  • Responsible for meeting minimum KPI metrics for AM level and generating minimum 2 starts per month
  • Develop, train, and mentor a complex RDP
  • Responsible for developing recruiters through the D&A model, facilitate weekly 1-1s, and responsible for motivating and coaching recruiters to achieve their highest potential
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should have:

 

  • Demonstrated the ability to manage individual sales territory with minimal direction and supervision
  • Achieved and maintained the minimum expectations for personal temporary spread and weekly KPIs
  • Achieved minimum of $520k in annual spread over the last 12 months
  • Successfully demonstrate ability to close minimum 2 deals per month
  • Involvement in leadership support role in branch operations (participate in branch orb table, BDP, sales meetings, intern program, etc.)
  • Successful track record of developing recruiters thru the D&A model (from AR to R3)
  • Mentored at least 1 ITS candidate successfully thru the ITS program
  • Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships (internal & external) despite potential conflict and adversity
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of personal and business ethics and conduct
  • Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
