Client Partner, MSP Alliances

**This position is not limited to New York and can work remotely 

The MSP Alliance Client Partner is an individual contributor with regional/national /global responsibilities as part of the MSP Alliances team. This role reports directly to the Director, MSP Alliances. The purpose of the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with the MSPs points of contact within high volume
accounts. This role ensures account growth, year over year growth/performance, SLA compliance and successful scorecards ranking.

Key Responsibilities: 
•Must maintain a minimum 6% Fill Ratio for the accounts that are being
•Must show account growth year over year
•Ensure supplier scorecards improve each quarter with the goal of DISYS
becoming one the top suppliers at the client.
•The top goals of the client partner are to increase our market share at
each client, and also to ensure compliance to rules of engagement and to
build a strong relationship with the MSP account teams.
•General Sales and Account management with the primary focus on
supporting the requirements of the MSP (about 50%), vetting and filtering
resumes to the MSP and hiring managers, VMS coordination,
coordinating interviews and onboarding hires, and maintaining
relationships with consultants.
•Oversee dedicated Recruitment Teams based in both US and India.
Providing guidance, reviewing submitted candidates, establishing
priorities, and maintaining updated requirements.
•Responsibilities will include building strong valuable relationships with
the MSP account management teams and working hand in hand with the
DISYS Account Executives (if any are selling to your assigned accounts).
•Responsible for creating and maintaining client success profiles for each
named account and the education of the recruiting teams on this.
•Responsible for performing follow up with clients on a regular basis and
scheduling regular meetings/conference calls with the clients individually
or with DISYS management
•Must hold a minimum of 20 phone or in person meetings with MSP on a
monthly basis.
•Electronically tracking and organizing new and existing client information
including contact information, meetings, contract changes, concerns, and
new consultant requests in the Bullhorn environment.
•Stakeholders (Procurement/Dir/VP/C Level) and coordinating with the
Recruiting team for a streamlined process to service the client
•Client Partner will also be heavily responsible for maintaining and
improving the Account Statuses and Metrics/SLAs/Scorecards to ensure
DISYS becomes one of the top suppliers at the client along with steady
account growth and minimum 5% fill ratio on all openings
•This role will have expectations of 10% to 15% travel to personally meet
and maintain relationships with the MSP and other stakeholders and

Overall Requirements: 
•The MSP Alliance Client Partner will have approximately 2 10 years’
experience in a similar role.
•Given this role has responsibility for overall performance and delivery of
high volume accounts, the candidate should have experience/competence
across sales, recruiting, and MSP programs.
•Experience can include any of the top MSP programs TAPFIN,
ProUnlimited , GRI, Pontoon, KellyOCG , Allegis, Agile1, Randstad, etc.
•Essential to the position are strong relationship building skills
•Self starter who works well independently. Someone who expects more of
themselves then we will ask of you. Conversely this individual also needs to
be collaborative provided the variety of individuals/functions touched
across the company.

organizational skills
•Demonstrated success in achieving goals and growth
•Ability to effectively communicate with DISYS Executive Leadership to
develop creative approaches to support the unique landscape of each
•Possesses excellent presentation (in person and over the phone/web ex),
communication (written and verbal), and negotiation/influencing skills
•Ability to travel, as necessary, typically 10 15%.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or Communications or Sales
curriculum preferred
