As a Consultant Care Representative, you will be a key component to ensuring the Signature culture is extended to our consultants. The person in this role will act as an additional point of contact for new consultants in the current business unit or neighboring unit ensuring each consultant is provided the necessary tools and knowledge needed to succeed during their employment with Signature. This position will serve as a liaison focused on building relationships with consultants, clients, sharing recognition, and networking. As an extension of our sales and recruiting team, the person in this role will often be a point of contact for new consultants working with Signature. The goal of this role is to build stronger relationships within our existing consultant populations as well as with potential consultants. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure that the consultant has the best experience possible at each point of their contract. This role is the definition of Signature’s relationship model. NOTE: Location of this position is open to any Signature office in the West region. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate incoming questions or concerns from consultants directing them to the appropriate resource or answering their questions about assignment logistics, on-boarding information, finishing an assignment or social events.

  • Regular in-person and virtual contact with consultants.

  • Send out communications for Signature sponsored events including User Groups and outings. Networking and Consultant Interaction

  • Remain visible and available to consultants to ensure they are aware of the resources available to them.

  • Responsible for planning events to ensure each consultant feels part of the “Signature Family” including tailgating events, group lunches, quarterly outings, user group events and holiday functions.

  • Focus on providing our consultants an experience where they feel rewarded and recognized for professional and personal achievements. This includes acknowledging milestone events, performance highlights and any other personal life events of our consultants.

  • Prepare consultant gifts as needed.

  • Plan special Recognition / Events with the assistance of local office and marketing team including creating invitations and ordering marketing items.

  • Will interact with Leadership at all levels.

NOTE: May require working after hours at times for special events or special situations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education and experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication or equivalent education and experience. At least five years’ experience in a customer service, hospitality, recruiting support and/or program support/coordination.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication with positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to tackle uncharted territory. Above average time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach

  • Ability to speak in front of large groups with confidence

  • Strong culture of execution, operational excellence, and accountability

  • Excellent written, verbal analytical and communications skills required.

  • Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to take a project from inception (idea stage), and organize a plan to deliver the final working solution. Ability to lead and manage all aspects of the project.

  • Expert problem solver able to find solutions utilizing resources available. Thinking outside the box.

  • Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills

  • Team Player with the ability to take advice and feedback from leadership, can collaborate with other team members of consultant care team and supporting office.

  • Must be able to adapt in a professional manor to unexpected changes in schedule, addenda and daily tasks.

  • Must maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and approach to work

  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace with the ability to prioritize

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office include Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook

  • Have a desire to learn and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
