SUMMARY:
The Engagement Specialist serves as a team member supporting the sales and marketing efforts for programs, and the charter and growth of new offerings developed to gain market share in the emerging talent and upskilling space. The specialist is responsible for the support of business development and sales activities through a variety of responsibilities, including market research, program planning, team coordination, account management, and reporting

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Schedules and attends meetings with executive management, directors, account executives, and delivery leads regarding key client accounts (existing and new)
  • Gathers and documents program requirements, tracks forecasted activity regarding client leads, ongoing engagements and current workforce supporting client accounts
  • Collects and evaluates data used in determining workforce training options and qualifying the attendees.
  • Prepares proposals and presents to internal team members and clients as a member of the account team
  • Utilizes CRM systems daily to capture required data necessary for reporting purposes and analysis
  • Constantly tracks, reviews and modifies current client activity and projected workflow
  • Acts as a liaison to marketing associates and internal client teams on a regular basis
  • Manually reviews content and data provided by other teams as needed to ensure excellent product delivery
  • Interfaces with offshore and onshore resources to provide critical support to internal team members throughout the organization
  • Provides business development and general sales administration and support functions for the business development team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have:
 
  • 2-5+ years of sales-related or support experience in Contingent Resource Management or Staff Augmentation  
  • Ability to review and summarize large amounts of data to test and validate assumptions
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, including client communications
  • Strong Excel experience (must be data focused)
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint
  • Must have previous CRM experience
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
