SUMMARY:

This Delivery Vice President will be a hybrid role that will have the potential to lead recruiting in an assigned enterprise portfolio consisting of 5+ key accounts as well as an assigned geography. This person is expected to meet business objectives, adhere to delivery needs, effectively and develop recruiting talent to meet skill based, account level recruiting needs. Must demonstrate accountability in all key job disciplines, serve as a positive change agent and role model as a member of the Delivery Leadership Team.
 

This position offers a competitive base salary, to be determined based on the candidate and his/her background and experience. Total compensation will be determined by level of position (Level 1-2). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve annual and quarterly targets as assigned; GP growth, Corp EBITDA, Grow Delivery Leadership and VP Option
  • Lead and oversee the strategy and effectiveness of the Delivery organization
  • Drive recruiter production within enterprise accounts (1-3 key accounts) across assigned DISYS/Signature portfolios and region and/or drive recruiter production within set territory across assigned DISYS/Signature portfolios within that office
  • Participate in client level meetings as needed
  • Conduct monthly reviews of all major accounts with sales leadership to evaluate go-to-market recruiting strategies
  • Implement and oversee recruiting best practices such as: determination of proper recruiting headcount based on requirement volume and account growth strategy, account health and account level recruiting strategies, weekly/monthly monitoring, reporting of metrics, following the DISYS/Signature internal development program, etc.
  • Develop and execute on a redeployment strategy to ensure available consultants are properly marketed and redeployed based on skills, geographical availability and client demand
  • Hold DORs responsible for assisting in the development of Recruiters, Lead Recruiters and Mentors
  • Hire through the D&A program and hold DORs responsible for assisting in the development of Recruiters, Lead Recruiters and Mentors
  • Manage within assigned offices to ensure recruiters are being tactically managed to achieve expected results
  • Leverage offerings of the Enterprise Services teams and collaborate effectively with all groups (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Operations, Marketing, Field Ops and T&D)
  • Review, share and retain geographical and enterprise client information from all sources (e.g., D2M Practice Leaders, VPs, AE/AMs, client contracts, third party training)
  • Act as primary stakeholder with Field Operations Team to manage all tools and resources, monitor systems integrations, monitor effectiveness of training efforts, develop and monitor SOPs for DISYS/Signature processes, develop reporting and dashboard options to monitor the health of recruiter and account performance and drive committee and project assignments to ensure completion and best practice development
  • Adhere to DISYS/Signature policies and business processes; measure process effectiveness by using designated DISYS/Signature tools
  • Accelerate productivity in all business matters and lead others to do the same
  • Is DISYS/Signature focused and consistently behaves as a positive role model, change agent, culture ambassador and in accordance with core values
     

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should have:

 

· 8+ years experience as a senior leader within staff augmentation

  • Demonstrated recruiting leader with strong experience and track record
  • Advanced communicator and an excellent presenter
  • Strong business and technical knowledge and ability to effectively manage and coach others on the technical considerations of their daily responsibilities
  • Strong influencer through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others in solving recruiting and client problems through ingenuity/new strategies
  • Expert time manager and understands the importance of meeting deadlines
  • Solid talent leadership skills, with low turnover rates in recruiting
  • Strong technical knowledge in skillsets as well as a general understanding of DISYS/Signature portfolios
  • Superior interpersonal skills and works collaboratively within a matrix organization
  • Positive change management abilities
  • Occasional travel required for this position
  • Favorable assessment results
  • Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
