SUMMARY:

This position will work within Fields Operations to lead successful implementations of new operational processes or changes to existing processes to the field. This person will manage the lifecycle from being involved in the development of the processes and changes, initial implementation planning, design and roll out, engaging leaders and the field through new or existing trainings, conducting data reviews and status updates, and partner with stakeholders to drive usage and adoption.  This position will work collaboratively with various departments across the organization.

 

This position requires intimate knowledge of the industry and preferably comes with knowledge of Bullhorn, Analyzer, and the Enterprise operating model.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with Field Ops, App Dev Teams, EDM, Finance, and all Enterprise Service departments on understanding the operational processes and changes across the model.  Subsequently, work directly with business leadership to support the awareness and guide implementation of new process, tools, products or services.
  • Be the primary driver of operational change items to the business by working closely with the development and operations teams to execute the model as needed.
  • Develop field centric communications to inform, remind, and drive awareness to the implementation efforts.
  • Analyze current implementation strategies and look for areas of improvement.
  • Drive adoption and awareness and focus on improving field workflow, discipline, and adherence to the operational management system.
  • Provide change operational leadership in the field that fully aligns with senior leadership, operations excellence support teams and other departments to meet strategic objectives.
  • Partner and work collaboratively with business teams to facilitate implementation efforts in support of newly created processes & tools.
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal Enterprise Services teams such as Training & Development, IT, Operations, HR and Marketing.
  • Provide input for Continuous Improvement standards and supporting documentation to the field.
  • Provide feedback on process for improvement.
  • Proactively promote, communicate, and champion identified standard processes and practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for operations in support of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide input to process improvements for the field operations and training/quality teams.
  • Champion coaching, change management, training, and development of staff on all job-related skills, processes, products and tools to drive operational excellence in all applicable departments.
  • Coordinate peer to peer support between other department locations as necessary.
  • Assist manager with special projects as needed.

  • BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Experience implementing new processes/change initiatives highly preferred
  • Effective management, leadership, analytical and organizational skills
